Order Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can initiate a return once the item is delivered.

Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number, and we will attempt to cancel the order before it is shipped. If we are able to cancel the order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure.

Refunds After Cancellation
